• Room photos and reference images you upload for generation
• AI-generated output images
• Project and room names you create within the app
• Technical logs (server-side error logs for debugging, not tied to personal identity)

How we use your data

• Uploading reference images to WaveSpeed AI to run the image-generation job
• Storing your projects, rooms, and generation history in a local database so you can review past results
• Improving service reliability by reviewing error logs

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Images are transmitted to WaveSpeed AI solely to fulfil generation requests.

Data retention

Generated images and project data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Service description

Stailer AI is an AI-powered room-staging tool provided by Stailer Solutions Oy (3585047-8). It allows users to upload photos of empty or unfurnished rooms and generate AI-furnished versions using third-party image-generation models.

Acceptable use

• You must only upload images you own or have the right to use
• You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API endpoints
• Commercial use of generated images is permitted within the bounds of applicable law

AI output disclaimer

Generated images are produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.Stailer Solutions Oy makes no warranty that outputs will be suitable for any specific purpose. Always review generated images before publishing them.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of images you upload. You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use AI-generated outputs for your own purposes. Stailer Solutions Oy retains no ownership over your generated images.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Stailer Solutions Oy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. Contact: [email protected].

No refunds on consumed credits

Credits are consumed the moment a generation job is submitted to the AI model, regardless of the visual quality of the output. Because the underlying compute cost is incurred immediately and irrevocably, we do not issue refunds for credits that have been used.

Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a confirmed error on our side or the third-party AI provider, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days. We will review and, where appropriate, issue a credit replacement at our discretion.

Unused credits

Credits that have not yet been consumed may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] to request this.

Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback for consumed credits may result in suspension of your account. We encourage you to contact us first — we will always try to resolve issues fairly.
